Our factory comprises the latest technology dates processing machinery exported by our Canadian partner. Our advanced equipment includes Washer/Brusher for the elimination of dirt, bacteria, debris, silt, and other wastes. Our highly equipped dryer comprises advanced features that allow for the removal of excess water and helps to extend the product life. Our latest Conveyor Belt technology and computerized Metal Detector ensures the safety and quality of dates from the initial process of pre-packaging throughout the post packaging of the product.
PRE-PACKING FUMIGATION
Dates fruit is highly prone to insecticides if proper processing is not conducted. To assure that our products are free of pests, we place them in fumigation chambers for 72 hours before packing. This process kills the pest at all developmental stages.
PACKING
We provide the finest quality of packaging according to the customer requirement. We offer bulk (Loose) packing in corrugated cartons, secured and sealed safely. Our net weight per carton ranges from 15 to 25 kg. We ship dates in 20’/40’feet containers, and the number of cartons per container depends on the size of the carton used.
